How to Create a Note on a Call Log via Contact View

Locations:

  1. Contact Record View/Call Logs Section - > Click on the Call Log Record to access the Call Log View Mode where you can then click through to the Notes section of the Call Log.

    OR

  1. Contact Record View/General Section/ Upcoming Schedule - > Click on the Name of the Call Log record to access the Call Log View Mode where you can then click through to the Notes section of the Call Log.

Overview: One way to create a note on a Call Log, is to visit the relevant contact record—either yours as the owner, or an associated lead contact—and on the upcoming schedule in the general section, click the name of the Call Log. In the view mode of the Call Log that comes up, you can then click through to the Notes section of the Call Log.
