—How to Assign an Opportunity to Another Owner via Contact View |
Location: Contact Record View/Opportunities Section - > Click on the Opportunity Record to access the Opportunity View Mode where you can then Edit and find the Owner field to reassign.
Overview: One way to reassign the owner of an opportunity, is to visit the relevant contact record—either yours as the owner, or an associated lead contact—and in the Contact’s Opportunities section click once on the Opportunity record you want to change. In the view mode of the Opportunity that comes up, click Edit. Then in edit mode of the Opportunity, find the Owner field to reassign.
