—Create a Call Log on an Opportunity via Contact View |
Location: Contact Record View/Opportunities Section - > Click on the Opportunity Record to access the Opportunity View Mode where you can then click through to the Call Logs section of the opportunity.
Overview: One way to create a call log on an opportunity, is to visit the relevant contact record—either yours as the owner, or an associated lead contact—and in the contact view mode, visit the Opportunities section where you can click once on an opportunity record to access its view mode. In the opportunity view mode, can click through to the Call Logs section of the opportunity and use the quick create fields to create the call log on the opportunity.
