How to Associate a Form with a Course or Event Registration

Location: Event or Course Finder -> Edit Mode/Items Section/Questions Form Field

Overview: To add a set of form questions to your course or event registration, first create the form in Marketing Automation/Forms & Surveys and then associate the form at the Item Level in your Course or Event Editor.
