Rules: Map a Visitor's Activity to a Variety Actions That You DefineLocation: Marketing Automation/Rules Overview: Rules are the object in our system that map Triggers (such as a Website Visitor's Activity) to Actions that you can pre-define. Triggers are performed by your website visitors or sometimes your backend management tasks as well. Some examples would be:
Actions are what you want to have happen when the defined Trigger occurs. They are mapped to the Trigger via the Rules you create in Marketing Automation. Some common examples would be:
