1. Search engines like it when you post regularly, but not on the same day every week.
2. Don't do more than 6 posts a day - but if you have the time to do it, daily is ideal.
3. Better to do more blogging than less.
4. Use your blog categories to give you a road map of what to write about. These "categories" (also called "keywords") will help the search engines find your articles. If your business is "internet marketing", then also include those category words in your blog article.
5. Link to other sites and keep in mind that you'll get higher status if you are not linking solely to reciprocal links.
6. Think of your blog as another way to stay in touch with your customers, another marketing tool you can use to keep them up-to-date on your business.
